• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your cleaning service, please notify us at least 3 business days before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost.

Service Dissatisfaction

• Our goal is to leave your home or office spotless. If you are not entirely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will do our best to rectify the situation by offering a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

• If the re-clean does not address your concerns, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the severity of the issue.

Incomplete Services

• In the rare case that we are unable to complete the cleaning service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., lack of access to the property, safety hazards), a prorated refund will be issued based on the portion of the service not completed.

Non-Refundable Services

• Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
  • Carpet cleaning (due to the use of specialized cleaning products and potential for fabric damage)
  • Emergency cleaning services
  • Additional services requested outside of the original booking
